Tasting notes
Its young robe is brillant, glittering with a pale, yellow colour with green tints.
Its open, powerful and intense nose offers a great aromatic and complex palate mixing toffee,
vanilla and exotic fruit shades. With the time, honney hints will appear.
In the mouth, the first impression is lively, crisp and an all round pleasant mellowness.
Cellaring
For drinking now, but it will get better in 3 years. It can age 5/6 years.
Matching wine with food
Fish and shellfish.
Soft and hard cheeses such as Brie, Vacherin, Saint-Nectaire, Mont-d’Or, Beaufort, Comté and
Gruyère.
